Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Fayetteville,
Georgia, 30214! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Charge experience preferred - Experience in a medical-surgical
setting - Patient ratio experience of 6-7 patients per nurse
Description: Diagnoses include but are not limited to TIA/Stroke,
Anemia, UTI, Chest Pain, and other general medical and surgical
patient populations. Weekends required every other week. No call
required. Floating within the facility and scope of practice as
needed. If assigned to work during a major holiday, the expectation
is to fulfill that shift accordingly. There are specific guidelines
regarding holiday availability; if multiple holidays occur during
the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work a minimum
of two holidays. Full compliance with pre-employment requirements
is mandatory to ensure an on-time start. Documentation needs to be
submitted by the specified deadline. References from supervisory
roles are preferred. All candidates must be prepared to complete
core items promptly to ensure timely onboarding. Modules are
non-billable and will be included in the first phase of training.
Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. Daily census
typically ranges around 12 patients. The unit has supportive
services including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory
Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social
Services, Pharmacy, Rapid Response Teams, and Unit Secretaries.
Skills required include management of dysrhythmias, post-operative
care, and the administration of blood products, among others. 5
