Job Description:
Evaluate and assess patients to determine functional limitations
and treatment needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based
on patient evaluations and physician recommendations. Administer
therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore
function. Educate patients and families about treatment plans, home
exercise programs, and preventive care. Document patient progress
accurately and timely in EMR systems. Collaborate with physicians,
nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive
patient care. Maintain compliance with state and federal
regulations as well as facility policies.
