Job Description:

We are seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our innovative care team in Atlanta, GA. Deliver whole-person care in 30- to 60-minute appointments, supported by a health coach and care team, focusing on high engagement, managed care, and culture transformation to reduce costly service utilization and improve overall health outcomes. Position Highlights: See 10-15 patients daily in longer, meaningful appointments. Collaborative, team-based approach with health coaching support. Focus on proactive, value-based care Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $238,000 - $350,000 bonus eligibility Premium medical, dental, vision coverage with HSA options Medical education stipend ($2,500 2 weeks) Matching 401(k) retirement plan Generous PTO and paid holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Access to care center services, telehealth, and health coaching Requirements: MD or DO degree with completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency (Family Medicine preferred) Board Certified by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) or AOA At least 3 years of primary care experience Current, valid medical license and DEA number Proficiency with EMR systems (NextGen preferred), coding, and Medicare Advantage/HCC documentation Experience with Google Workspace and team-based care Make a lasting impact on patient lives while working in a supportive, transformative care model.
