Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse Provide specialized perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Prepare patients, monitor vital signs, and assist with anesthesia and surgical equipment management. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative team members. Educate patients and families on preoperative and postoperative care instructions. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes. Respond promptly to emergencies and intraoperative complications. Requirements of the Travel Nurse Valid Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license.
