Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVICU - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/17/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) position requiring a GA or compact RN license and recent CVICU experience. Responsibilities - Work in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting - 12-hour night shifts - Patient population includes cardiac and vascular cases with a focus on endovascular procedures - Assignment duration is 13 weeks - No call required - 50-mile radius rule applies; no local candidates accepted - Must be separated from prior employment at Emory or Houston for at least 1 year; if returning to the same facility, must wait 18 months - Time off requests limited to five days unless during holidays, in which case a maximum of three days is permitted and only one holiday off can be requested - Several days of consecutive time off during the holidays will not be approved - First time travelers are eligible to apply if requirements are met Requirements - Active GA or Compact RN license in hand - Minimum of 18 months recent full-time CVICU experience within the past 3 years - Strong endovascular, cardiac, and vascular procedural experience Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-623095.
