Multi-state Compact Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support or
BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor ACLS - Advanced Cardiac
Life Support or ACLS-I - ACLS - Instructor Must-Have: Diploma from
an accredited nursing program Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN)
from an accredited school of nursing preferred Description: The RN
Clinical Nurse Critical Care is an integral member of an
interdisciplinary team that provides individualized high-quality,
safe patient care. They practice in a clinical environment
supported by Nurse Managers and other leaders. The nursing practice
is guided by evidence-based practice and research. RN competencies
are derived from professional practice models and supported by core
values. All RN Clinical Nurses are licensed, knowledgeable, and
uphold nursing practices as regulated by the professional nurse
practice act. They are expected to implement the scope of practice
