our nursing team as a *RN Night Supervisor* at our Presbyterian
Village in Athens, GA.The *RN Night Supervisor* is responsible for
providing leadership, guidance and assistance to facility nursing
staff during the night shift. This helps to ensure that our nursing
team are supported.You will work under the supervision of the
Director or Nursing and Assistant DON._*RN professionals must be
first and foremost qualified, compassionate and possess a servants
heart.*_The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing
diverse nursing care to patients/residents while remaining patient

environment!**Responsibilities (overview):** Provide proper
leadership (supervision, support and guidance) to the facility
Nursing department team.* Being welling to jump in and assist with
providing resident care if needed.* Ensure that staff are providing
quality care and services according to nursing standards, policies
and regulations.* Being available to assist staff through difficult
situations, answer questions, as well as to provide any other
assistance needed to ensure residents receive high quality care and
services.* Provide emotional and psychological support when
needed.* Communicate with residents family to provide advice,
comfort and release instructions.*Skills (overview):** Proven
experience as a RN* Ability to provide supportive leadership and
guidance to the nursing team* Ability to undertake a variety of
diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team*
Familiarity with long-term care/hospital health, safety and
sanitation standards and procedures* Understanding of
confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices* Excellent
knowledge of medical, long-term care and hospital terminology* Good
knowledge of MS Office and data entry* Perfect physical condition
and stamina* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*
Compassionate and able to handle stressful situations in a positive
and professional manner* Current & active RN license is requiredIf
