Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Care
in the Scottsdale area, offering a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care to diverse age groups and health
conditions
Perform comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate patient
histories
Develop and execute individualized care plans tailored to patient
needs
Qualifications and Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN, PHN
preferred
Active RN license in the state of Arizona or a multistate
license
Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state
and/or Agency requirements
Current CPR certification
For per diem candidates, 6 months of home health experience as an
RN is required
