Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing a variety of respiratory care procedures.Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and other respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen concentrators
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plansRequirements
  • Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
  • Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
  • Current certifications in BCLS and ACLSPreferred Qualifications
    • One year of experience in performing professional respiratory duties
