Job Description:
Nursing staff provides care to patients from birth to adulthood,
utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care.
The staff nurse functions within the organization's policies and
procedures, demonstrating professional growth and
accountability.
The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of
practice and coordinating patient care activities to provide
quality nursing care.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in nursing and be
eligible for licensure in the state of Georgia as a Registered
Nurse.
Additional qualifications include advanced certification in a field
of specialty, a bachelor's degree, and nursing experience in a
hospital setting.
