  • MUST HAVE CHARGE EXPERIENCE - this role is for charge nurse; will recieve $5/bump
  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year accepted, 2 years preferred - Unit accepts first time travelers
  • PATIENT POPULATION: Adults to Geriatrics
  • RATIO: 1:5-6
  • UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC & SBAR

      • SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: RTO: MAX 7 days, Blocked Scheduling Not Guaranteed
      • NO RTO THE WEEK OF THE HOLIDAY WILL BE APPROVED, DATES WILL BE WORKED OUT ON UNIT
      • HOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
      • Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day
      • WEEKENDS: Every Other
      • FLOATING: yes, within skillset

        • COMPLIANCE: Full compliance required to start on time, if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
