As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and caring for patients with complex cardiac conditions, including heart failure, stroke, and COPD.Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their familiesRequirements:
  • Active RN license
