Colors: 48-60 hours every 4-week period - WEEKEND CALL IS REQUIRED
- They can choose to sign up for calls on their day off (which I
never allow my Nurse Manager who manages the schedule to do because
I think staff should be off when they are off) or on the day they
work knowing that we rarely keep anyone on call for the entire
12-hour shift. If it is deemed that we may need to keep someone on
call because a member of staff calls out, we have a discussion with
them and offer them the opportunity to get off early to get rest
and allow them to leave early in the morning. We have 2 on-call
rooms that can be utilized by staff when they are on call.Scrub exp
required; Strong Neuro/Spine exp, Surgical Oncology, and Robotics
