Primary Care Physician Suwanee, GA Established in 2008, a distinguished Primary Care facility in Suwanee, GA. Specialty: Our focus is on Primary Care, specifically emphasizing Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Operational Details & Scheduling: Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, structured within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The arrangement can be flexible if necessary. Weekends & Major Holidays: The office is closed to prioritize and maintain work life balance. Patient Volume & Schedule Structure: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour. On Call Responsibilities: Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light. Scope of Services: Clinical Focus: We manage both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care. Technological Integration: We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMR system and Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow. Qualifications & Expectations: Commitment: This position is for candidates with ties to the area who are seeking long-term employment. Certification Requirements: Established physicians must be board-certified. Current residents must be board-eligible and secure certification before commencing work. Professionalism: Essential qualities include demonstrated bedside manners, excellent customer service skills, flexibility, and compassion. Coding & Billing Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Productivity bonus based on total physician collections. 350K-400k Per year take home first year Signing Bonus: Attractive Sign on Bonus.
