Thats why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care.*Position Overview*As a Registered Dietitian, you will have the opportunity to oversee and provide optimal nutrition therapy to a case load of clients. You will develop care plans by conducting nutrition assessments, monitoring on-going medical conditions, and through collaboration with the other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will work directly with patients and their families providing support and nutritional education.*Schedule*Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm**On Call and holiday coverage as assigned*How Registered Dietitians Empower Recovery** Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standards.* Contributes to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning.* Provides group nutrition education as assigned.* Provides active meal coaching and support for patients and families/communities of support, including participating in and completing Therapeutic Supported Meals/Snacks as appropriate and as assigned.* Provides nutrition specific transition/aftercare planning for all patients including communication with internal and external dietitians to ensure coordination of care.* Collaborates with Nutrition and Culinary Manager and nutrition team when needing or providing clinical coverage.*Qualifications** Registered Dietitian credential required* Current license in the state of employment (Georgia) required* One year of clinical experience*What we offer:**Employee Benefits** We understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits package.
