smiles? We have JUST the opportunity for you. The Onboarding
Coordinator will organize, streamline and oversee the full cycle
onboarding process, including pre-boarding and post-Day 1 to
provide a concierge level experience for all new hires. They will
liaison with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, hiring managers,
IT and Credentialing to ensure all necessary tasks are completed
prior to Day1 and l provide a welcome experience for our new hires
in both culture and process. Responsibilities: Facilitate the
onboarding process through the system(s) utilized for processing
new hires to our company, with steps that include, but may or may
not be limited to the following: Send welcome communications from
HRl, request a background check, and enter employee into the
onboarding systems (iCIMS and ADP). Instrumental in creating and
documenting the onboarding workflow process and Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP) Act as liaison between recruiter, credentialing
department, IT and hiring manager. Ensure there is consistent
alignment between credentialing, and the new hire. Follow-up with
the hiring manager and new employee before start date and follow
the pre-start checklist. Confirm all paperwork, including
background check, are complete, and follow-up with new hire and
hiring manager as needed Assist employees with completing all
necessary documents, including I-9 and E-Verify Confirm demographic
data as needed. Follow up with employee on all certifications
needed to perform duties. Provide general information on benefits,
general company policies. Preparation of detailed onboarding and
training plan for the new leader's first 30 days Coordination of
onboarding meetings and clinic visits Regular in-person or virtual
check-ins with new leaders to answer questions and provide clear
directions on the onboarding and training experience. Coordinate
and follow up with other departments and functional areas to ensure
a smooth onboarding and training experience Ensures new hire
receives all documents needed for Day 1 and ensures all new hire
training is completed as assigned. Manages pulse checks at end of
week 1, 30, 60 and 90 days with all new hires to ensure a smooth
and supported assimilation for all new hires. Supports special
programs, including but not limited to enrollment in student loan
repayment, immigration and relocation assistance. Performs and
holds others to the highest integrity by adhering to all government
regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education/Experience:.
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum 1 year customer
service experience required. Minimum 2 years of job-related
experience, including ATS, onboarding and/or HRIS experience
preferred Required or Specialized Skills: Excellent verbal and
written communication Strong attention to detail and demonstrated
project management skills High level of enthusiasm and engagement
geared towards success of all new hires Demonstrated ability to
tailor communications to internal and external audiences Proficient
in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Proficient in creating presentation utilizing PowerPoint and Excel
for employee events and executive presentations. Physical

supervisors, and other internal clients Operate a computer,
keyboard, and standard office equipment Work performed in a
non-clinical office environment. Requires availability for extended
hours during peak periods. Hours may change to meet the business
