- Drives growth and development of expertise within the
healthcare sector across all 8 offices;
- Viewed as an industry leader and expert by peers and clients
throughout the region;
- Ability to lead a research and development strategy for
healthcare design;
- Technical production skills are necessary and require a
demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction
documents;
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred; -
- Experience with graphics software such as SketchUp and 3D
Studio Max and Lumion is an advantage;
- Understanding of relevant codes such as state building codes,
FGI Healthcare Guidelines, NFPA, ANSI 117.1, IBC, etc.;
- Possession of a strong moral and ethical responsibility to the
principles of sustainability;
- Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management
skills;
- Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills;
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture or
equivalent field of study;
- LEED accreditation is preferred;
- Registered Architect or ability to become a Registered
Architect within 6-months of hire;
- 7+ years design experience in healthcare, public, private
and/or higher education is preferred;
- Understanding of the design and procurement processes.SECTION

and in our communitiesResponsibilities will include leading in a
team environment within the studio, in addition with our Project
Managers, Project Architects, Interior Designers, and Intern
Architects on active production projects as well as contributing to
other design and marketing efforts undertaken by the firm. As such,
you will play an integral part in overall client satisfaction,
design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that
contribute to the firm's strategic priorities.A cover letter,
resume and portfolio demonstrating Revit skills and rendering
abilities are required. Environment, Demands and Accommodation Work
is performed primarily in a standard office setting.This position
requires sufficient physical ability, with or without reasonable
accommodation, to perform work in an office setting; which
includes, extensive employee contact, frequent interruptions, the
ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time, to
