Position Requirements Essential Job Duties:--- Priority response to independent living member emergency calls.--- Being ready to respond and equipped to deal with a medical emergency.--- Quickly assessing patient needs.--- Performing minor first aid as needed.--- Maintaining emergency care standards.--- Displaying strong decision-making skills in emergency scenarios.--- Keeps Wellness Clinic and families aware of changes in member's condition.Maintains accurate documentation of all care provided.--- Maintains the self- respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each member.--- Interfaces with Wellness Clinic, Physician and Security to assure continuity of care and services.--- COVID tracking, testing, data entry and recording--- Maintain Supplies listing, stocking and ordering--- Data entry for Wellness Clinic--- Maintain organized areas in Wellness Clinic--- Wellness Clinic support--- Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:--- High school diploma, GED, or a suitable equivalent.--- LPN or Current EMT certification.--- Current CPR and First Aid certification.--- Integrity and professionalism.--- Phlebotomy and UrinalysisPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:This job may require lifting of objects that exceed 25 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. Other physical demands that may be required areas follows:--- Pushing and/or pulling--- Running, walking, climbing and/or balancing--- Stooping and/or kneeling--- Reaching/ TalkingTEMPERAMENT:--- Adaptability to performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.--- Adaptability to accepting responsibility for the direction, control, or planning of an activity.--- Adaptability to generalizing, evaluation, or decisions based on sensory or judgmental criteria.
