    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Current TB Test
    • Current CPR and First Aid
    • Current Driver's License, car Insurance and reliable mode of transportation
    • Must pass Criminal background check and Drug Test
    • Willing to commute to Woodstock and Canton
    • Gait belt and Hoyer lift experience, but will train if needed
    • Alzheimer's and Dementia experience a plus
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
    • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; OR one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Ability to lift at least 51 lbs on a regular basis and physically able to help clients who require physical assistance
      Responsibilities and Duties for PCA/CNA:
      Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
      • Personal Hygiene
      • Ambulation/Transfers
      • Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving
      • Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
      • Accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
      • Performs light housekeeping activities
        Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):
        • Medication reminders
        • Incontinence care
        • Care of bed-bound patients
        • Providing hospice supportive care
        • Assisting with blood glucose monitoring
        • Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
        • Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
          Upon acceptance of offer all candidates will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S. This employer uses E-Verify.

          Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
