Description
Working closely with Talent Acquisition Leadership and Hiring
Leaders, the Talent Acquisition Partner acts as a strategic
business partner to understand Emory Healthcare staffing demands
and works to effectively attract and hire diverse and top talent.
Responsible for effectively and efficiently performing all related
activities of recruitment, including but not limited to, conducting
intake sessions, sourcing, interviewing, and reviewing compensation
for assigned Allied/Operations service lines throughout Emory
Healthcare. Ensures adherence to all federal, state and local
regulations and EHC policies in the employment process. Performs
related responsibilities as required.

Minimum Experience Requirements:
This role will be granted the opportunity to remote, with
expectations to attend meetings with your service lines regularly.
