Job Description:
Raven Counseling Services, INC located in Conyers, Georgia is an
agency providing--a comprehensive range of services for clients
between 5 - 70 years including prevention, intervention, diagnosis,
treatment and clinical supervision of behavioral, mental disorder,
and substance use disorders. We currently seek Licensed (LPC, LCSW,
LMFT) for in-home and office based therapeutic services.
Clinically: Complete assessments, Initial Service Plans, and
Treatment Plans.--Maintain case load of children and adolescents
and their families, conduct weekly psychotherapy and/or family
session and--document each contact. Complete weekly summaries,
Transition/Discharge plans and--Discharge Summaries. The successful
candidate must be able to use electronic documentation system or be
willing to learn Sharenote, possess excellent time management
skills, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills.
