Preferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in executing various aspects of client engagements and/or projects within a professional services environment, including the following areas: -

  • Work with the PwC Digital Leadership across Strategy, Build and Operate to understand the overall portfolio and movement of the individual products and accelerators through the process, and use that understand and fulfill the demands for Build Teams;
  • Work closely with the Build Leader to define and manage build team structure, roles and responsibilities, priorities, technology innovation, product development approach and operational excellence across application development, data and advanced analytics teams;
  • Oversee multiple teams across geographies focused on building digital products and accelerators;
  • Manage alignment of teams and skills towards creation of industry and business function specific assets by leveraging existing assets and knowledge;
  • Work with Build Leader and CTO/Architecture Leader on the Golden Stack of tools and technologies and its evolution to support product and accelerator build out;
  • Engage in demand and resource planning for the Build Teams, and contribute to the recruitment strategy to attract the right talent with product development experience and specialization; -
  • Guide build teams in adopting industry leading practices and approaches laid out by the shared core team focused on architecture, QA, infrastructure and devOps, data operations and security;
  • Work closely with the Build Process Leader to establish the use of standard application development process (Playbook and Agile Methodology);
  • Work with Build Leader to shape and guide priorities in the shared core team across architecture, QA, infrastructure and devOps, data operations and security; and,
  • Review and guide solution architecture efforts as needed across the build teams.Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in consulting-related projects within a professional services environment, emphasizing leading of teams involved in full life-cycle software and/or multi-discipline development, including the following areas: -
    • Demonstrating experience in creating, leading and managing products and/or solutions development priorities;
    • Demonstrating leadership in building and growing teams; -
    • Demonstrating program and project management skills; -
    • Being actively involved in mentoring and training team-members; -
    • Demonstrating proven ability to build/create a culture of quality, delivery, ownership, and high performance;
    • Demonstrating thorough commitment to a positive, highly functional and productive work environment;
    • Having experience in working with cross-functional teams in a multi-geography environment; -
    • Being fluent with digital areas such as Digital Solutions, Cloud, Analytics, Big Data, DevOps etc.;
    • Being well versed with agile methodologies and its use build out of digital solutions; -
    • Demonstrating a background in liaising with and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple groups, including senior stakeholders; and,
    • Demonstrating interest and enthusiasm for transformation.
