We are looking for a Services Sales Director. This position reports to Global VP of Sales/Services.

This is a key leadership role at Industries with visibility at the C-suite level. This position is vital to the growth of and the Services segment of the business. Success will be assessed based on revenue and profit generation. Services Sales Growth is a top strategic focus of the company. has an existing market opportunity which is over 10x current revenue generation and a customer base in need of OEM quality repair, service and maintenance. Position will be focused on sales and lead generation from existing and new customers. Services offering is provided for and competing products and ancillary equipment. Primarily direct sales to end users and National Accounts but will also work with other OEM sales team members and exclusive manufacturer s representatives. Successful execution of objectives will result in maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Prospect and build relationships with key end users

* Develop National Accounts with key customers (large installed base)

* Manage Services Sales organization. Support, train, recruit, hire, replace if necessary and oversee Services Sales Team to meet sales and profit goals and objectives

* Solution based sales experience required. Must possess experience selling intangibles such as service, repair, maintenance and long-term contracts

* Willingness to make an ownership-level commitment to learn about key markets and long-term growth opportunities while actively prospecting and pursuing growth across key end markets (aggregates, mining, industrial water/wastewater, bakery, cement). Active involvement in networking within key industry segments

* Develop key influencer relationships within the region: Corporate level decision markers (National Accounts), Plant Management, Maintenance Personnel, Engineers, and Contractors

* Ability to work with a matrixed sales organization while also being self-motivated with ability to motivate orders to achieve Services goals and objectives

* CST maintains its headquarters in Kansas City, MO USA with divisional offices throughout the world. ideal candidate can be located anywhere within the continental US but most effective if within territory east of the Mississippi River. If desired candidate can work out of our Kansas City, MO, Conroe, TX, Dekalb, IL or Winchester, TN offices, or home office. Position reports to the Global VP of Sales & Services.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Construction or Engineering or related field preferred. Will consider other bachelor level degrees

* Minimum of 5 Years of proven industrial and/or capital equipment sales or business development responsibility

* Proven ability to manage a long sales cycles ( 3 months) and service related offerings

* Well-developed skill-set required to grow sales through a variety of routes to market is a plus directly to (end-users, architects, and engineers)

* Dry Bulk or Material Handling experience is preferred but not required

* Willing to travel 60%+ of time, as needed

* Experience with managing an established representative network in industrial markets and managing prospecting and direct sales while avoiding channel conflict

* Demonstrated leadership ability and desire to grow within CST

* Experience reporting to senior level management team

* Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills

* Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to network, connect with and sell to all levels; owners, engineers, C-Level, plant managers, and general contractors are our typical contacts

* Ability to work within a growth organization with progressive and evolving goals

* Discipline to self-manage for effective use of time and resources while being located in home-office environment

* High proficiency with computers skills, including email, MS Office, MS Excel. Familiarity and preferred efficiency with CRM management tools (Salesforce, SAP, etc.)

* Aptitude for establishing accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts
