Responsibilities The Vice President Organization Communication is the lead and expert of Company Health System’s organizational and clinical/provider engagement and communication experience. Primary Accountability
• Creates narrative and stories to engage organizational audiences
• Designs calls to action
• Manages governance structure for internal messaging
• Motivates internal audiences to enhance patient experience and engage in exceeding expectations
• Oversees and operationalizes strategy for clinical and providers audiences
• Creatively translates clinical messaging
• Unites providers to offer consumer-centric, high quality care to patients
• Engages physician leaders
• Leads the voyage to brand loyalty amongst practitioners
• Leads Public Affairs Capabilities (including PR, Community) Attributes and Behaviors
• Nimble master of content customization
• Translates patient and team member experiences in to compelling stories
• Public Relations & communications expert

• Unafraid to provide conviction-based counsel This individual partners to identify and implement organizational focused communication and branding strategy that reaches team members, clinicals, providers and care givers, along with affiliates in a way that moves them from awareness of Company to ambassadors of the Company brand and services. The VP partners with the SVP Brand & Communications to identify and implement strategies that will create an employer of choice brand that engages candidates to want to be part of the organization, team members and care-givers to fully-engage in the work toward an unwavering focus on exceeding consumer expectations and create a recognized and regarded brand across clinicals and providers. The role partners to build programs to deliver and communicate Company’s differentiated value with a team of change agents, leading all aspects of internal communications and clinical and provider engagement from an integrated perspective. This individual will utilize matrixed/cross-functional teams with expertise in marketing, branding, public relations, digital platform management, internal communications, provider communications, patient and family outreach, and community presence. Particular focus will be in the ability to inspire a strategy that is contemporary, sophisticated, adaptable and genuine. Company’s team members, care givers, clinicians and providers should feel consistency in the Company messaging, continuous high-quality care and safe working environment across all locations. There will be a palpable sense of engagement across team members, care givers, clinicals and providers. The individual in this role constantly re-creates themselves to connect cross-functionally and engage internal peers and stakeholders in this effort drive the brand image and brand brief. This leader will inspire Company to break through traditional communication and marketing models into a new era, by which team members and caregivers are the focus. Every effort should be created to communicate to the organization members in ways they desire, understanding that this requires unique digital and personal strategies. These initiatives will bring team members and care givers directly into the creative process to unlock new sources of value. Qualifications Required Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Branding, Consumer Engagement, Business, MBA or related field is strongly preferred. Required Minimum Licensure/Certification : N/A Required Minimum Experience :
Twelve (12) years of experience in branded communications, marketing, consumer or employee engagement or related field with at eight (8) to ten (10) years in management capacity. Demonstrated success in organizational audience messaging in a way that directly engages the organization team member and caregivers; including provider, clinical and scientific messages. Effective Board and Executive Communications. Success in creating organizational messaging. Ability to effectively maneuver within a complex system/company.
Expertise in highly successful external audience messaging. Proven success in market expansion and engaging the organization with the opportunities and services provided by the System. Ability to function with ease in a complex system/company. Success with creating and implementing digital engagement tools. Required Minimum Skills :
Possess the drive to develop a highly-engaged cross functional team with identified success in developing those teams. Proven accountability for the ownership of a consumer-centric culture. Proven success in utilizing innovative technology and digital experiences to connect to team members, clinicians and providers and drive interaction. Experience in developing 1) consumer engagement and 2) clinical and provider engagement governance structures with success in consistency and connecting with the intended audience and driving action. Subject matter expertise of modern communication and marketing best practices and digital platforms available for organizational engagement (team members, care givers, clinicals and providers)
