We're profitable, expanding rapidly between our Orlando (HQ) and New York offices and recently raised $100+ million in venture capital.About the Role:LSQ Funding is seeking an exceptionally talented and motivated Regional Vice President of Sales in the Atlanta market. We ARE NOT looking for candidates with factoring experience. What we ARE looking for are eager, hunters who excel at building relationships and can capitalize on their passion for solution based selling. This is an individual contributor, sales role and WILL NOT have any direct reports.What we offer you is an opportunity to work for the industry leader in the factoring and asset-based lending arena. We offer a fantastic compensation packages that include a base salary + 6 months of non-recoverable draw + monthly commissions and uncapped annual bonuses, 100% paid company benefits, a home office set-up and the opportunity to work for the industry leader in the factoring arena.What the Regional Vice President of Sales will do: Achieve annual sales goals and assist strategic efforts to drive considerable revenue growth by working closely with key sales channels and stakeholders in order to position LSQ solutions that drive revenueIdentify key prospects, complete needs assessments, generates and qualifies leads, develops and organizes proposals, negotiates pricing and other terms of conditionsDeveloping and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, markets, referral sourcesDevelop sales plans in order to meet and exceed annual targetsInteract with prospects via phone and in-person in order to drive leads through the sales pipeline while maintaining an understanding of the products we offerProspect, nurture, and then disseminate the small and large business opportunities with the correct internal peer groupsManage all customer communication and further sales opportunitiesCreate and utilize sales presentations, ROI documents and various other sales collateralLeverage Salesforce.com (CRM) and Marketo (Marketing Automation) to achieve sales goalsWhat the Regional Vice President of Sales needs to have: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years sales experienceProven track record achieving measurable sales goalsAbility to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive, and persistent styleGoal oriented, with capacity and drive to exceed daily quotasBonus: Experience in the payroll service, institutional brokerage or wholesale sales industriesSalesforce experienceWhat we offer: Competitive salary, bonus and total compensationFantastic health insurance: 100% employer paid!Dental, Vision, Life, Short term & Long term disability insurance - 100% employer paid!HSA & FSA options15 days of personal time off per year401K with company matching Financial planning servicesSnacks & drinks in the officeAn incredible amount of factoring/asset-based lending industry training so you can learn what we do and don't need to spend months piecing it together yourself.Company sponsored events & team outingsTravel:There is frequent travel required for this role. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch.Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position.
