National Accounts Sales Director - Healthcare

We seek a proven, quota-carrying, high-energy sales performer to fill the highly visible role of National Accounts, Sales Director, in the Central U.S. region. This individual is responsible for generating sales of our Non-Emergent Medical Transportation, (NEMT) solution to the Managed Care market, and achieving/exceeding assigned sales goals. The National Accounts, Sales Director will achieve success by mastering our solutions portfolio, go-to market strategy, and developing collaborative, consultative partnerships with C-suite decision-makers within targeted Managed Care Organizations, MCOs. RESPONSIBILITIES: The National Accounts, Sales Director is responsible for: * All sales activities, from prospecting and lead generation through to contract signing, for our Managed Care business * Generating and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, (including predicted revenue and contract close date), to meet/or exceed assigned sales quota * Accurately recording and reporting all sales activities as directed, primarily using Salesforce * Developing and implementing an agreed upon sales and marketing plan for the region, which will meet/exceed our business goals and expand our customer base. * Creating professional and effective proposals and presentations, developing comprehensive RFP responses resulting in new Managed Care business * Customizing every sales presentation and proposal to meet the strategic and operational goals of each individual prospect and/or customer * Representing the company at trade shows and other industry events to maintain a national and regional presence and to generate valuable leads * Participating with a team to successfully obtain necessary support to meet prospects' needs and close the sale * Demonstrating excellent product knowledge in all solution offerings and continuing education to maintain a high level of product and market understanding * Gathering and submitting detailed business and financial information for underwriting/pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' decision makers * Working with our implementation team, client services and operations departments to successfully transition each successful sale from prospect to customer * Working diligently to achieve customer satisfaction and long-term account goals in line with our company vision and values Logisticare is an Equal Opportunity Employer Would be open to a candidate working out of any location in the Central US Region. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: * Must have at least 10+ years' experience in a healthcare strategic sales role * Must demonstrate a consistent track record of sales success, i.e. meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas * Experience successfully selling strategic solutions to C-Level executives * Strong knowledge of the healthcare market and current dynamics within the industry * Experience selling to Managed Care Organizations * Experience working with Salesforce or other sales management tools * Experience using strategic sales methodologies, e.g. Miller Heiman, The Complex Sale * Ability to project manage the sales process, ensuring prompt response to customer requests and shorter sales cycles * Excellent written and verbal business communications, plus organizational and problem solving skills * Excellent presentation skills * Passion for, and commitment to customer success * Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative and team-oriented environment * Must be self-motivated and highly driven to achieve success * Willingness to travel up to 50% of time * Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools - Power Point, Word, Excel and Access EDUCATION: * B.A. / B.S. is required for this position Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
