Job Description Job Description BD Manager - Mechanical Construction BD Manager - Mechanical Construction Position Overview The BD Manager - Mechanical Construction will be responsible for driving business growth and securing new projects in the mechanical construction sector. This role focuses on developing strategic relationships with clients, identifying market opportunities, and leading the sales efforts for plumbing, HVAC, and piping services. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mechanical construction industry. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with client needs and project goals. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Utilize Procore and SalesForce for project management and sales tracking. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable projects. Monitor industry developments and competitors to inform strategic planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including plumbing, HVAC, and piping. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and CRM tools like SalesForce. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
