Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Alpharetta, GA
is $146,400 - $198,000 per year and this role may be eligible to
earn incentive compensation. Siemens offers a variety of health and

position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company
policies, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO (for
non-exempt employees) or non-accrued flexible vacation (for exempt
employees).
Duties: Responsible for financial planning, controlling and
reporting of the Rolling Stock Components business; planning,
controlling and reporting of business figures to Region and HQ;
serving as first level contact for financial queries (management,
HQ, support functions) related to the US Component business;
supervising local commercial employees; overseeing cost
controlling; performing headcount reporting; conducting financial
business process improvements; coordinating alignment with
financial support functions on open topics; reporting to local
management and provisioning of financial data for decision making;
and approving journal entries, purchase orders and expense claim as
per signature authority.
Requirements : Employer will accept a bachelor's degree, or foreign
equivalent, in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or
related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in
a Controlling Manager-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
30% telecommuting permitted within commutable distance. [Hybrid
role].
