Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Manager for the MN Market,
responsible for strategic planning and execution of member
communications and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute marketing plans for the Group Retiree Medicare
Advantage business segment
Analyze marketing campaign results and develop strategies for
optimization
Coordinate day-to-day tasks and ensure compliance with marketing
processes and requirements
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of direct-to-consumer marketing and campaign management
experience
5+ years of experience in developing and implementing multi-channel
marketing campaigns
2+ years of experience using marketing analytics for campaign
improvement
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate
organizational skills
