Project Manager

YOU
You'll be working with a fully-integrated team. You understand things like when to move fast, when to slow down, and when to help make something happen quick without ruining every other timeline. You're a great manager of time, space and people. Communication skills come naturally to you. You're someone whom everyone wants to work with and they come to you.

THE POSITION REQUIRES
--- Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth workflow, troubleshooting when needed, and keeping work on time and on budget
--- Working with internal stakeholders to develop timelines and identify resources prior to briefings
--- Working with the PM team to best manage internal and external resources
--- Stretching outside of the agency to work alongside partner agencies and develop wholistic project plans
--- Tactfully troubleshooting issues that arise with poise and strong communication skills
--- Troubleshooting any roadblocks in workflow to ensure adequate agency timelines and responsiveness
--- Committing to continually improving upon and evolving our process while collaborating with all internal departments to determine what works best for Chemistry
--- Being detail-oriented, responsible for quality control & proofreading
--- Strong communication and mediation skills
--- 3-5 years of project management experience in an integrated agency environment
--- Project Management software experience required
