  • Manage Group Forecast
  • Create Group Plug forecast (based on rooms and meeting space availability)
  • Review and Update Definite group wash weekly for monthly forecasts
  • Present group forecast to DOSM/DORM/DOS
  • Attend Daily Business Review and assist Sales with group business decisions
  • Provide Group Displacement Analysis and Follow Up for Outstanding Business Review decisions
  • Evaluate and Approve requests for additional rooms from Sales - Conference Managers and Group Coordinators
  • Favor rate requests
  • Enforce current Group Histories on all Definite Group Business
  • Assist with renovation displacement scenarios
  • Ensure the update of Group Grids
  • Complete Sales Month End reports for ownership
  • Conduct Group Pickup Meeting and manage the daily group cut-offs
  • Complete weekly 14 day forecast
  • Update transient rate plans in Opera and SynxisSystem Requirements
    • Opera Cloud, Delphi FDC, IDeaS, Travelclick, Microsoft Office, SynXisGuest Service
      • Communicates effectively with other departments to allow operations to best provide "And More" service to guests
      • Is polite, friendly, and helpful to the guests, management, and fellow employees and can interact professionally with all levels of staff, ranging from hourly employees to executives
      • Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times
      • Complies with hotel uniform and dress standards and maintains a professional attitude and appearance at all times
      • Have knowledge of, understands, adheres to and models all employee standards
      • Has a thorough and accurate knowledge of hotel facilities and the hours of operation for all food and beverage and recreation/entertainment operations
      • Complies with hotel policies and rules
      • Maintains cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and work area
      • Remains current with hotel information and changes
      • Executes emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards
      • Complies with safety regulations and procedures
      • Attends all appropriate hotel meetings and training sessions
