Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesThis is an amazing opportunity for an experienced and driven leader to join our Building Automation (BA) Leadership team.You will be a growth driver of our organization and lead an exciting transformation of our offering and business model, taking to market a new "Energy as a Service" proposition.You will work in partnership with Building Automation (BA) Sales functions and HGR's to drive globally the commercial success of new EaaS model. This will include working closely with established and new financing and technology partners.You will also play a key role in the development of our sales teams, by acting as a hands-on coach, developing the required sales competencies to drive pipeline and wins in EaaS.This position is based in our Headquarter in Atlanta.Job Specification:Be a zealot for growth: lead the commercial success of new EaaS business model. Lead with a consultative financial selling approach. Be an ambassador for Honeywell HBT, by generating cross-sell and collaboration opportunities.Be the change agent and innovator of the industry. Identify and lead with early adopters of new Energy and Sustainability initiatives. Establish yourself as the experts and thought leaders in the market.Work collaborative with Marketing to generate high quality content and value propositions. Translate the strategic growth plans into practical sales playbooks, effective demand generation activities, and value selling content.Be accountable for pipeline creation and accurate CRM management. Drive key initiatives to improve sales performance and productivity for EaaS.Create and lead a rigorous management operating system (MOS) to execute EaaS GTM strategy. Starting with a structured territory planning and ensuring execution of sales activities (contacts, calls and visits, pipeline managements, and leads management), with routine engagement with each region and country.Leverage commercial excellence data, analytics dashboards, and KPI's to generate action plans and to ensure the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.Lead by example. Be the hands-on leader and coach that develops and grows our talents. Be a talent magnet in the industry.Work cross-functionally to ensure a positive customer experience impact whilst evolving our sales model and tools.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years' experience in sales, marketing, strategy, offering/product management, and/or technology leadership roles
  • Demonstrated start up or new business venture/break through initiative experience where he/she has built or scaled a business
  • Experience in creating and managing commercial partnerships
  • Expertise in and/or knowledge of the sustainability and energy markets a must
  • Financial acumen and strong understanding of contracting framework in projects, services or product businesses
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skillsWE VALUE
    • MBA preferred--
    • Strong sales and product marketing acumen particularly in new market spaces
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage analytical tools
    • Ability to lead and develop a high performing team
