The Learning Program Manager designs, develops, and delivers live
and e-learning programs to support associate training in alignment
with the South Division Learning & Development (L&D)
strategies.
This role actively engages in the Division's training and
development activities, contributing to the execution of the
business strategy by planning, managing, and evaluating training
solutions in collaboration with internal resources and external
vendors.
Design, develop, and deliver live and e-learning programs using
recognized training techniques and tools.
Facilitate learning through various delivery methods.
Design and implement assessment tools to measure training
effectiveness.
Track and report on training outcomes.
Manage logistics for training activities, including venues and
equipment.
Assist and support the training needs assessment process for new
and existing employees.
Partner with internal stakeholders to address employee training
needs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts on instructional
design.
Develop training aids such as presentation materials, handouts, and
resources.
Stay current on training design and methodologies.
Collaborate with management and field personnel to assess training
needs, make recommendations, and develop training curriculums.
Design instructional material and training classes for specific
subjects.
Deliver various learning methodologies (e.g., webinars,
instructor-led programs, e-learning).
Evaluate training effectiveness.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
Travel as necessary to deliver training and meet business
requirements (approximately 30%).

Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor's degree in business, learning and development, or a
related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years prior training experience or experience working in a
training environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to lead
discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact
with all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability and flexibility to quickly learn new applications and
software.
Ability to work collaboratively in teams or independently.
Experience in leading/project managing specific work, people,
and/or deliverables.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Strong organizational, time management, and project estimating
skills.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both as an
individual contributor and as a team member.
