WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Intern with BCG, you will have the opportunity to work with BCG's Knowledge Team Management & Operations (KT M&O) team. BCG's Knowledge Team (KT) is a billable, expertise-based, professional services organization that support client case teams via various deployment models. The KT M&O team is responsible for managing the global KT business and driving various change initiatives.

You will work 20 hours a week for 6 months alongside team members supporting global initiatives and special projects for KT. You will learn process and procedures for developing and executing strategic initiatives. You will learn how to apply project management skills to large cross-business unit projects and contribute to change management activities.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
--- Self-starter, curious, and enjoy learning about all aspects of the business
--- Organization and prioritization of designated tasks with high attention to detail
--- Communication with key stakeholders while working with global teams
--- Working independently on designated projects and meet deadlines
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
--- Current Junior enrolled at an accredited university preferred
--- Fluent in English
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills
--- Strong business acumen and problem solving skills
--- Ability and willingness to collaborate with others in a fast pace environment
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
