Job Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Human Resources Manager for
their manufacturing facility located in Northern
Virgina.Responsibilities:*Identify staffing and recruiting needs;
recruit, hire, and train new staff*Oversee the departments daily
workflow*Provide performance evaluations*Handle discipline and
terminations within company policy*Work with senior leadership to
define the company s mission and goals*Develop best practices for
hiring and talent management*Develop and administer all human
resource programs*Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance
with federal, state and local employment laws*Takes part of
professional development and networking
conferencesRequirements:*Bachelor s degree required*5+ years of
human resources management experience*Strong knowledge of
employment related laws and regulations*SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
preferred*Excellent communication skills*Excellent negotiation
skills*Must be able to meet deadlines*Ability to adapt to the needs
of the organization and employees
