AboutThe Role The Director of Operations, Learning & Development
will be part of FTI's dynamic Global Human Resources practice. This
position will report into FTI's Vice President, Global Talent
Development (TD) . They will be responsible for assisting with the
implementation of FTI's Talent Development framework and providing
operations support to enable the effective and efficient delivery
of learning solutions for all levels, functional areas and
geographies to build the requisite skills for FTI professionals to
deliver business results. WhatYou'll Do PRIMARY DUTIES: - Manage
the Global Learning & Development Operations Team to the successful
achievement of FTI strategic global priorities across a variety of
modalities including classroom training, virtual training and
e-learning - both those inside and outside of the United States. -
Instill a customer service mindset into our learning operations
team focusing on the planning, budgeting and delivery of the
learning solutions. - Identify opportunities to improve processes
which will allow the Operations team to focus on more strategic
activities. - Manage vendor relationships, invoicing, reporting,
and budget responsibilities including regular updates.Work directly
with accounting. Work across region and segment leadership to
inform, gain buy-in and understand specific business requirements
for large, FTI-wide initiatives involving multiple functions - Lead
multiple-function Steering Committee meetings related to Talent
Development systems for FTI-wide initiatives - Oversee the Learning
Management strategy, processes, enhancements, and system - Create
Talent Development Operations goals for long term success and
translates this to achievable goals for her team - Develop the
strategy for the Operations side of Talent Development - Work with
the Solutions Team to integrate Operation's goals with the
Solutions' goals to ensure seamless and successful development of
FTI employees - Partner with the Diversity, Inclusion, and
Belonging organization to align Talent Development strategies
aligned with the business for successful execution - Identify
common talent needs across the organization through demand planning
discussions that will inform the strategic priorities of the
overarching Talent Development strategy - Partner with Solutions to
determine vendor vs. internal capability strategy and resourcing to
deliver on talent development needs across the business - Lead
multiple projects which will modernize and improve the user
experience, as well as improve processes, reporting and reduce
inefficiencies.These methods will help employees own their
development more easily, and help HR and leaders reinforce learning
by knowing how their employees are being developed and what they
have completed, to increase involvement in 'Owning Your Career'.
These processes and systems improvements allow more time for the TD
Operations team to address more strategic activities
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide input into the Talent Development (TD)
strategy and oversee customer service driven operations to enable
the effective and efficient delivery of Talent Development
priorities through the following: o Lead, coach, and mentor the
Global Operations team o Manage training operations, including
teaming with leadership on strategic practice planning, delivery
and evaluation - Global Event Management and Delivery Support o
Champion a customer service approach to serving the businesses
Talent Development needs o Serve as liaison between the segments
and participants while adhering to TD policies and procedures o
Provide onsite management of learning programs such as FTI
leadership programs and New Consultant Orientation o Provide
instructor care and preparations o Oversee course materials and
collateral management - Talent Development User Experience o
Modernize and improve the user experience, as well as improve
processes, reporting and reduce inefficiencies. o Create tiered,
curated Learning Paths by segment, region, and to support technical
and professional learning and provide clarity in how our teams can
build skills to advance their careers. o Lead the effective
implementation of FTI's Learning Management System o Lead the
redesign of our intranet user experience o Project manage our
Learning Management System user experience in partnership with
Talent Development and HR Leadership - Global TD Budget o Partner
with the Global TD Vice President to manage the TD budget including
planning, accruals and actual expenses to determine allocation o
Track expense trends and costs associated with training courses as
well as individual budgets - Continuing Education Credits o Manage
the NASBA CPE contract and process for FTI Consulting - Manage all
aspects of curriculum delivery; drive and monitor credits and
compliance; review, process and track training approvals o Adhere
and comply with all NASBA requirements for course development,
delivery and record retention o Lead the vendor management process
in support and in partnership with the TD Solutions team. o Provide
event management support including negotiating and contracting
learning venues and conference centers that meet the business needs
and program needs within budget - Global Tracking, Reporting &
Communications o Oversee technologies that support and advance
learning o Optimize the Learning Management System o Oversee the
management of attendance, course records and individual records in
FTI's learning management system o Maintain training catalogs,
course descriptions (prerequisites) and global calendars o Create
effective measurement, evaluation, and reporting processes for
course delivery Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of
learning initiatives and the efficiency of the learning
organization o Create effective reporting on learning KPIs for
senior management o Manage the Global Talent Development presence
to market and communicate Global TD opportunities - Manage In-Take
Form process for TD o ISD and Learning Development Requests o Other

WhatYouWillNeedTo Succeed BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum of 10
years of experience in global learning & development operations -
Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional services
environment - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Adult Learning &
Development or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications -
Experience with DiSC, strengths instruments, or other assessments
