Honeywell
International, Inc. (Atlanta, GA)RESPONSIBILITIES: ------------
Provide commercial leadership for the product category including
developing pricing strategies. Own the gross margin of the
on-premise offering; drive pricing activities and cost
improvements. Partner with Operations/Supply Chain to deliver
accurate monthly forecast to support SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and
Operations Planning). Provide support to product owners and other
offering managers across the Security organization to develop and
deploy a cohesive offering strategy and product roadmap. Develop a
market-informed solution strategy and roadmap to create a strong
linkage between financials, technology and customer needs. Lead and
direct the product marketing activities globally for the Commercial
Security on-premise offerings, including WIN-PAK and other
associated hardware and software as a part of the solution. Work
with Supply chain and Finance organization to prioritize
developments to maximize growth and return on investment of the
security solutions portfolio. Promote on-premise solutions to
customers and the sales teams through direct interaction by
communicating capabilities, solutions, product roadmaps to deliver
on common goals. Support segmentation and VOC
activities.----ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION:-------- Job Site: Atlanta, GA40 hours/weekEligible for

legal right to work in U.S. EOE. YOU MUST HAVE:Qualified applicants
must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical
Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field,
with five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related
product management position. Must possess 5 years of experience in
the following: product management and strategic marketing;
collaborating and driving consensus across teams; driving customer
needs and customer intimacy; developing and maintaining
relationships with key customers and field sales; identifying
patterns among problems & issues; balancing systematic analysis;
and in concept validation and market research methods; and
evaluating customer needs through VOC and driving them into
meaningful product requirements and eventually bringing those
products successfully into the market. Up to 25% international/
domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2)
