SUMMARY
The Medicare Part D Product Manager (MPDPM) will be responsible for all program related activities and project management of Part D claims processing. This includes gathering and documenting requirements, compiling and managing a data analysis plan, and testing the results to ensure that they meet the requirements before delivery. In addition, the MPDPM will assess operational impact of State and Federal Regulatory changes in the Part D programs. They will also be responsible for other analytic and reporting duties and other Medicare Part D initiatives as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Collaborate with internal and external clients in developing business requirements documents.
• Develop analytic processes through learning and understanding data flows.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize and resolve client data quality issues.
• Perform cause analysis and resolution to data processing and data quality issues.
• Provide output data and reporting upon request. Collaborate with users to gather data and reporting requirements and ensure proper testing and validation.
• Identifies cross-organizational impacts for Part D changes and determines appropriate communication to all areas affected.
• Conducts detailed review of related CMS regulations and guidance and develops detailed requirements based on these documents.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Operational Management of Part D in the Pharmacy (PBM) arena is required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data manipulation within Excel, and more complex Excel functions preferred.
  • Project Management experience with PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Highly organized and motivated, with excellent time management skills.
    
    EDUCATION
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Project Management Professional Certification(PMP) is preferred but not required
    
    PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    The Business Analyst position requires sitting, standing and occasional light lifting.
