Summary The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the execution of products in support of the business. Partners with business stakeholders and the project management team to create digital experiences that exceed customer expectations and drive business KPIs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Your deliverables as a Senior Project Manager may include, but are not limited to, the following: -

• Responsible for managing all phases of the Project implementation and complying with PMO, Governance controls, and QA processes. -
• Provide support to the teams using a servant leadership style whenever possible, leading by example. -
  • Partner with Business Units to scope, plan, and deliver quality on-time project implementations for the organization.
  • Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution. -
  • Aiding in removing blockers occurring within the project, that can slow on-time delivery. -
  • Support budgets build up for the project and management through the delivery including reporting and forecasting monthly. -
  • Actively participate in project scoping, planning activities, and ensure alignment between all parties.
    • Responsible for managing Project Stakeholders and providing regular status updates varying from weekly status reports to bi-weekly Steering/Sponsors Committee Updates. -
    • Responsible for the management of external vendors in terms of SOW and engagement requirements, ensuring all vendor management quality expectations are met or exceeded. -
    • Responsible for managing project budget, as well as resource project time tracking. -
    • Contributes to the development and improvement of Project Management processes, policies, tools, and methodology.
    • In charge of gathering, storing, and distributing all projects artifacts
      • Manages resource capacity, scheduling, and dependencies for successful delivery of projects and programs.
      • In charge of identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues that could impact the quality and timely delivery of projects.
