TRC Professional Solutions is seeking a full-timeDirector of Healthcare Operations for a premier financial planning and CPA firm!
We are in search of an experienced candidate to join the Healthcare Consulting team. The ideal candidate is creative, a self-starter, strong communicator, and natural leader. Responsibilities of the Healthcare Consulting Director of Operations include oversight of all essential activities within the department, development and advisement of firm strategic plans, and direct collaboration with the healthcare principal, the managing partner, and other executive staff members.
Essential functions of this position include:

• Managing all aspects of the Healthcare Consulting team
• Working collaboratively with the principal and team members to develop and adapt strategy.
• Acting as the link between staff, partners, and other executive members.
• Communicating team needs and concerns to HR director.
• Meet regularly with the healthcare team leader and managing partner, as needed, to present project progress and overall productivity.
• Coordinating firm procedures with team objectives to achieve effectiveness, clarity, and success.
• Work closely with the administrative teams to discuss healthcare team needs and issues.
  Ideal requirements for this role include:
  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Project management experience; PM certification not required but is a plus.
  • Instinctual Leader with exemplary oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or related field.
  • Detail oriented and capable of understanding/communicating data.
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership/management role.
  • Positive and collaborative personality
  • Strong business skills and a problem-solving personality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks without major oversight.
