building owners, occupiers and managers. These range from reducing

effective safety and security.As a Strategy & M&A Manager, you
will become part of the HBT strategy and M&A team and work on
projects across a range of HBT's lines of business for both the
business teams and HBT leadership. This will include our rigorous
strategic planning process (STRAP), breakthrough growth initiatives
(BTIs), adjacent market exploration & inorganic business
development.You will work closely within the strategy & M&A
team as well as with HBT's lines of business leadership and
functional teams.This position is part of the Honeywell Business
Leadership (HBL) program within HBT that offers career acceleration
for select candidates leading to a General Manager (GM) or senior
functional role in 2 - 3 years. It is based in Atlanta, GA and
reports to the Chief Strategy Officer, HBT.Position
ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development & Execution: Core team member
playing a key role in strategy development projects across a range
of HBT's lines of business for both the business teams and HBT
leadership including annual strategic planning process
(STRAP)Breakthrough Growth Initiatives (BTIs): Supporting the
definition & execution of BTIs working in partnership with HBT's
Lines of Business. BTIs are initiatives outside but adjacent to our
core businesses that can drive faster growth but also require
incremental investment and involve more risks and therefore require
a more entrepreneurial approach.Inorganic and M&A Strategy &
Execution: Undertaking adjacency exploration, pipeline development
& supporting the preparation for, and execution of
transactions.Must Have Qualifications
& ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or
engineeringMBA from a top tier institution3-4 years of experience
in an engineering, marketing or operations role within a technology
company, ideally software. Alternatively, 3-4 years within a top
tier consultancy (pre-MBA) Track record of successful strategy
development and execution within role (pre-MBA)Demonstrable role
progression with at least one significant promotion (pre-MBA)
