Provide high level stewardship functions to include but not limited
to leading and coordinating the delivery, donor relations and
stewardship responsibilities for Georgia Tech Foundation (GTF) and
assigned Institute undergraduate scholarship programs in support of
OSFA Funds Management. Responsible for the establishment of
successful and sustainable relationships with donors, private
foundations and friends of the Institute that donate scholarship
funds for our students. This position will be responsible for the
day to day operations and fulfillment of stewardship expectations
through collaboration with the Office of Development, the Georgia
Tech Foundation and multiple campus partners.This position will
interact on a consistent basis with: GT Foundation and Development
Officers; Donors; Private and Corporate FoundationsThis position
typically will advise and counsel: Colleges and Departments; GTF
and Development Officers; Enrollment Services Units; OSFA staff;
Prospective & Enrolled studentsThis position will supervise:

Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Serve as primary liaison between OSFA, Donors and the Office of
Development and the recipients of GT endowed and non-endowed
scholarship/fellowship funds
Job Duty 2 -
Directly responsible for the selection of recipients; coordination
with GTF and Development Officers
Job Duty 3 -
Maintenance of donor relationships
Job Duty 4 -
Responsible for the day to day operations and fulfillment of
stewardship expectations through collaboration with the Office of
Development, the Georgia Tech Foundation and multiple campus
partners to include but not limited to achieving/sustaining the
strategic utilization of available funds
Job Duty 5 -
Determine eligibility of applicants and monitor recipients to
ensure compliance with fund agreements and Institutional policy and
procedures
Job Duty 6 -
Serve as the awarding authority for undergraduate scholarship
programs as assigned; examples include but are limited to the G.
Wayne Clough Georgia Tech Promise Program; the Godbold Family
Foundation Scholarship Program; and the Hallac/BlackRock
Scholarship Program
Job Duty 7 -
Serve as a member of OSFA's Management Team
Job Duty 8 -
Ensure compliance with all the regulations and Institute policies
associated with Federal, state supported and/or private sources of
funding of our scholarship recipients
Job Duty 9 -
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and
experience
Required Experience
Five years of job related experience

Proposed Salary
Job Grade: A9Salary Range: $60,846.00 - $82,000.00 Salary will
commensurate with experience and education
