As an Information Security Manager, you will lead and direct the Security Operations team responsible for the security monitoring, maintenance, availability, performance, and integrity of the Leapfrog and Leapfrog client IT systems and infrastructure. The Information Security Manager works in tight coordination with the Network Operations Manager, Support Engineering Manager, Support Center Manager, and Projects Manager. The Security Operations Manager must consider cloud-based solutions as part of the attack surface and know how to leverage its benefits to deliver a competitive advantage for Leapfrog.

Primary Responsibilities
Leading and managing the Information Security Operations and team of security operational staff members
Primarily responsible for directing security event monitoring, management, response, and cyber intelligence
Ensuring incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation, and monitoring
Ensuring compliance to policy, process, and procedure adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives
Revising and developing processes to strengthen the current Information Security Operations Framework, review policies, and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs
Responsible for overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for the Information Security Operations Center
Ensuring daily management, administration & maintenance of security devices to achieve operational effectiveness
Ensuring threat management, modeling, identifying threat vectors, and developing use cases for security monitoring
Creation of metrics, reports, and dashboards for SOC operations and presentation to clients and Leapfrog leadership
Supporting the annual SSAE16 information security risk analysis with assistance from Department and Service Directors
Provides direction, training, and guidance to Analysts and Engineers on managing risk according to the ISO 27001 standard
Manage the administration of Leapfrog security programs such as Safe Harbor and SSAE16
Communicate changes in information risk in a timely and effective manner
Assist in planning and implementing information systems

Requirements:
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Be a thought leader in security engineering and operations delivery - driving automation, analytics, and advanced threat analysis
Demonstrated technical knowledge of current network security, network hardware, protocols, and standards required
Advanced hands-on experience with networking equipment and technologies of other vendors (Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, HP/Aruba Switches, Checkpoint, and others)
Ability to create detailed physical and logical network diagrams and design documents
Experience maintaining and deploying security systems such as EDR, SIEM, Next-Generation Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and more

Ideal Certifications
CompTIA Security+ or similar
Fortinet NSE4 - NSE8
SSCP, CISSP, CISM, or similar
