Manager Strategic Services Remote WORK WITH PURPOSE.

    • At WorkBoard we help customers achieve their sustainable growth advantage by making alignment and accountability remarkably easy! The direct WorkBoard buyer is typically the CEO or GM of a business unit, and the application is deployed to all employees under the P&L owner - giving the company a very large market opportunity. As Manager, Strategic Services, you will be consulting clients on accelerating their company's growth plans and apply our solution to make alignment and accountability remarkably easy, so they can achieve great results. This role presents a rare opportunity to see first-hand and influence how companies and teams formulate their strategic objectives, operationalize them to drive results, and make a tangible impact on employee engagement. You'll form strategic advisor relationships with VPs and Directors and coach their team to manage, communicate and operationalize their results. You'll play a pivotal role in making strategic priorities relevant and meaningful at every level of the organization. Your results expertise will enable our customers to increase the business results they realize from the platform over time. COMING IN:
      • Bring 5-10 years of overall work experience, with experience at a strategy firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a consulting organization like Slalom, Accenture, Deloitte or similar.
      • You have worked either in, or as a consultant for, a high-growth B2B SaaS company where you have worked with business executives and have an arsenal of successful tactics for connecting business value to technology!
      • You are genuine, warm, positive, engaging, and empathetic
      • You are business savvy and draw on your combination of real-world experiences and education to work seamlessly and fluently with leaders across a wide range of functional expertise at large enterprises
      • You have a strong interest and experience in the areas of strategy development, strategy execution and operational excellence
      • You're a self-starter with strong ownership skills, willing to go above and beyond the job description You'll be skilled and super effective at Leading and facilitating executive conversations and strategy alignment working sessions.
      • Leveraging your natural curiosity to quickly understand a client's business while demonstrating tact and poise under pressure
      • Delivering exceptional customer experience and value to customers and partnering with sales to identify and close expansion sales opportunities
      • Communicating & listening with ability to credibly and confidently engage executives
      • Understanding complex, matrixed organizations and navigating them effectively to create value for both our clients and company
      • Translating complex concepts into simple, clear, and compelling executive level presentations
      • Building and effectively executing account strategy and work plans for services engagements. This includes resource allocation, capacity planning week over week, stakeholder management, implementation calendaring and budget management.
      • Contributing to thought leadership development and team enablement efforts WITHIN ONE MONTH YOU'LL:
        • Attend new-hire immersion training to build a solid understanding of WorkBoard and how we work as a team.
        • Attend the WorkBoard OKR Coach Certification program to gain a deep understanding of the OKR methodology and its relevance in helping Executives effectively execute on their strategy
        • Become a WorkBoard Application and Administration Expert to understand how a customer's operating model is automated using our platform and risk to strategic plan is identified early.
        • Be a daily user of WorkBoard
        • Dazzle a WorkBoard expert with your enthusiastic platform demonstration.
        • Understand our "Winning Together" WorkBoard approach and apply the learnings to your customer accounts
        • Shadow 8 executive workshops to understand senior leadership challenges and how we help.
        • Be a facilitator extraordinaire for 2 executive level OKR workshops in your assigned accounts.
        • Be able to articulate the problem WorkBoard is solving for each of your customer accounts and the value WorkBoard provides WITHIN THREE MONTHS YOU'LL:
          • Be a facilitator extraordinaire across your accounts, by conducting at least 10 executive workshops helping teams' author and align on their strategic priorities their strategies and high integrity OKRs
          • Be a valued partner by coaching at least 30 customers on how to lead their teams with results by using WorkBoard's Biz Reviews and Meetings, on a weekly basis
          • Spend a great deal of time with our amazing customers (when conditions allow and clients are able to receive outside visitors, travel will be likely)
          • Team up with another WoBo all-star and co-lead a delivery of the OKR Coach Certification Program
          • Successfully advance 3 sales opportunities for expansion, within your customer-accounts.
          • Co-lead an Executive Steering Committee for each of your accounts that summarizes the value WorkBoard has delivered to date
          • Have successfully secured 5 commitments to be a customer reference WITHIN SIX MONTHS YOU'LL:
            • Be a facilitator extraordinaire across your accounts, by conducting over 40 executive workshops helping teams' author and align on their strategic priorities their strategies and high integrity OKRs
            • Have a dozen SVPs and C-Level customer relationships that you can tap for insights, references, case studies and thought partnership any time to express the business value WorkBoard is helping them drive for their company
            • Have built vibrant Chief of Staff, Results Management Leader and OKR coach Communities across your accounts, where > 80% of community members are weekly active users of WorkBoard
            • Successfully advance 6 sales opportunities for expansion, within your customer-accounts.
            • Successfully deliver at least $500k in value back to your customers through returned capacity, improved strategy execution and time saved on reporting with WorkBoard THE TEAM:
