_ Envision Optics LLC is hiring for its location in Kennesaw, GA. __Website: OVERVIEW Support the Sales Manager and Brand Manager in executing action plans to drive sales performance within a teamenvironment. Our Assistant Sales Managers assist customers' issues while maintaining a positive attitude to achievethe highest quality of customer satisfaction. KEY REQUIREMENTS --- 2+ years of sales supervisory experience--- Experience in optical/clinical fields desired--- Detail-oriented--- Critical thinker--- Eligibility to work: Work Permit/Green Card/Citizenship--- Additional Language is a plus (Spanish)--- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment--- Assertive and effective communication skills--- Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends), travel for training, etc., as needed--- Highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems in a timely mannerKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES--- Drive top line sales by supporting the team with the execution of business strategies--- Support the Sales Manager and Brand Manager by leading the team through business plans andobjectives--- Assist with the execution of customer satisfaction strategies and own solutions delivery to the customerescalations--- Foster consistency with business operating policies and procedures--- Collaborate with the completion of day-to-day administration duties--- Create partnerships between the retail, clinical, and lab sides of the operation--- Contribute to the ongoing learning culture for successful performance of the team--- Utilize reporting data for business performance updates and realignmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceEducation: High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred) Retail management: 1 year (Preferred) Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
