Summary of Position:

The Director of Global Retailers Operational excellence will play a key role in the Customer & Commercial Leadership team and will be responsible for creating integrated solutions targeting operational excellence on service models with our key international retailers & bottling partners.

What You'll Do

  • Develop integrated solutions targeting operational excellence on Service Models (Effectiveness and Efficiency) with a key focus on operational excellence metrics such as: fill rates, OTIF, OOS, on shelf availability and service levels
  • Lead Modern Trade Service Collaboration with international customers: Walmart (international business), Carrefour and Metro to shape Supply chain strategies in order to create operational excellence linked to the RTM framework (service demand)
  • Support world largest retailers (i.e.: Walmart) on their operational ways of working to integrate both CVP (Customer Value Proposition) and Sustainability workstream.
  • Shape future Key Customer capabilities as customer led automation investment will shift our service requirements and improve our RTM service efficiency.
  • Responsible for operational readiness assessment and tracking of the Bottlers servicing Top Retailers (WM, Carrefour and Metro)
  • Wire Operational Excellence implications into business plans to drive capability for Bottlers with integrated process, scorecard metrics, analysis and recommended solutions (automation)
  • The Customer Margin Creation end to end capability will be collaboratively developed with Global markets (KO and Bottlers) and will be customizable for different markets need: developed, developing and emerging.
  • Responsible for leading network of SMEs on Operational Excellence and Customer Margin Creation initiatives.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, Customers and key Bottler partners
  • Build business cases and selling stories to drive adoption and behavior change
  • Individual contributor with flexible location.

    Qualifications & Requirements
    • 10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial planning and commercial execution with strong skills in RGM, Segmentation, VTM and Supply Chain.
    • Solid Analytical Skills, Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and customer management
    • Desirable to have candidates with Bottler experience.
    • This role requires ability to work and influence different business areas: Commercial, supply chain, finance, marketing, innovation, commercial and franchise leadership.
    • Ability to analyze and combine insights to create solutions for complex business problems.

      Base Salary Information: $157,034 to $199,712 - Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
