    • Maintain the facility to meet government regulatory requirements, applicable laws and company standards in the areasof safety, security and confidentiality.
      • Create, execute and constantly evolve the site operational excellence plan to drive Plant and team performance by:Maintaining the TPI-Three culture of continuous improvement and "Right 1st Time" operating philosophy throughoutthe operation.
        • Preparing annual plant expense and capital budget to meet the resource requirements of forecasted sales, improve gross margin and conversion cost, and maintain plant infrastructure and equipment.
        • Building a strong management team by setting and communicating clear expectations that drive performance andpersonal accountability.
          • Hire, train and develop the next generation of talent to address business growth and minimize disruptions due toturnover.
            • Deliver operation performance metrics that are in line with the company's goals and objectives.
            • Identify opportunities for employee growth and development and establish action plans to achieve.
            • Enhance and constantly improve internal systems and procedures to drive growth through consistent execution,empowerment, accountability, skill development and career advancement.
              • Implementation and management of key metrics for functional responsibilities to proactively identify and address bothpositive and negative performance trends.
                • Monitor monthly income statement and manage operations according to its operating budget.Interact with vendors andcustomers to maintain strong relationships.
                  • Support Sales and Technical operations in building a base of new revenue.
                  • Support quality efforts with the customers and within the facility.
                  • Participate in key industry functions, trade shows and other personal development efforts to ensure the personalknowledge remains relevant across, but not limited to the following areas/disciplines - facility infrastructure,equipment, technology, robotics, and make-to-order manufacturing practices.
                    • Manage subordinate department heads who supervise employees working in Manufacturing, Quality, Assembly andMaintenance.
                      • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
                      • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraisingperformance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
                        • Create partnerships as a team player with management across the enterprise and succeeds by driving results throughhis/her team and fostering individual employee development through coaching, mentoring and training.
                          • Coordinate with a wide variety of internal resources in support of the overall Plant Operations including technicaloperations, mold shop, human resources, finance, customer service and new product development.
                            • Promote a strong process, data centric orientation with the ability to continuously drive team performance and resultsthrough the development and utilization of key metrics.
                              • Implement activities to keep abreast of new technology, regulatory changes, and manufacturing innovations.
                              • Sustain a strong reputation for ethics and credibility within the company, industry and customer accounts.Performs other duties as assignedRequirements:
                                • Strong leadership ability at the organizational, functional and personal level.
                                • Customer focused approach with the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatoryagencies, or members of the business community.
                                  • Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style & format.
                                  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
                                  • Possess a results-oriented mindset, consistently delivering on commitments and acting with urgency.
                                  • Superb attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box and be creativeIdeal:
                                    • Master's degree (M.A./MBA) or equivalent and more than 5 years of experience in a similar position.10 years of related plastic molding experience in an ISO certified facility and/or training.OR Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
                                      • Experience transitioning plant culture and process disciplines from one that relay on past experience and know-how, toone driven by data and process disciplines.
                                        • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
