Job Summary

The Senior National Account Manager is responsible for managing National and Regional Account Managers, assisting with national account sales training, assisting with opening new markets, and calling on multi-family management companies in a defined area. The candidate must possess strong customer service skills, have a firm grasp of the sales process, and show a successful history of working with key decision makers. A good working knowledge of the multi-family industry is also required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Ability to work through a detailed sales process and build key relationships with executive level decision makers.

* Ability to close national account agreements within the multi-family industry.

* Ability to negotiate national programs in order to ensure profitability.

* Promote and ensure customers receive the high level of customer service that our organization is known for.

* Set and monitor sales targets for national and regional account managers.

* Train new employees.

* Assisting in the opening of new markets.

* Collect and analyze sales data and trends.

* Leverage software and other technical resources to perform efficiently.

* Display strong communication skills and engage in professional presentations.

* Travel moderately and as required.


* 5+ years' experience in a key selling role with management responsibilities.

* Proven experience as a National Account Manager.

* College degree or commensurate experience.

* Ability to perform data entry and extract information for sales analysis.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer and management expectations.

* Experience in the multifamily industry required.

* Experience using Salesforce, or a similar CRM is preferred.

* Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
