Open Source Recruiter has been retained for a confidential search on behalf of a national food and beverage company. Our client is nationally recognized with global distribution outlets. Our company is seeking an experienced HR Director to oversee our team and ensure that our human resources initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with current business objectives. Duties for the HR Director will include supervising human resources team members, supporting business objectives by implementing HR strategies, mitigating risk, handling employee grievances and disputes, designing benefit packages, fostering employee development, increasing job satisfaction, streamlining onboarding procedures, maintaining employee records, overseeing budgets, anticipating staffing needs, implementing mechanisms for accountability, and monitoring overall employment needs. This position's ideal candidate will possess a self-motivated work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, a focus on strategic thinking, and strong organizational skills. Our exceptional HR Director will streamline HR processes, supplement business growth through strategic support, improve employee morale and retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between employees and management, sustain job satisfaction, attract the best candidates for employment, and promote the mission and values of our organization. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing human resources policies. Supporting strategic objectives. Sourcing and hiring staff, including negotiating employment agreements. Ensuring compliance with local and federal laws and regulations. Managing staff wellbeing and performance reviews. Motivating and developing current employees. Maintaining and updating staff records. Overseeing employee benefits and associated questions. Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions. Designing and implementing training and development programs. Up to 25% travel to our headquarters in New Jersey Job Requirements:Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized. Superior interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented. Experience overcoming complex obstacles. Practiced in creating and implementing a company budget. Continually-updated knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations. Computer fluency, including communication platforms (Zoom, Teams) and Microsoft Office Suite.
