About the Role We are seeking a Director of - Client Engagement -to join our team! - Th is position will manage a team of experienced - Client Executives . These teammates each - work with a set of assigned accounts - to own the client relationship, solve business problems, and drive revenue/profits . - The Director of Client Engagement - will leverage their - sales experience -and leadership - to develop a team of - CEs -who are seen as strategic - partners -by their clients -and grow 1Path's revenue . - In addition, this - role - will work with other leaders and 1Path executives to achieve budget, organizational, and strategic objectives. - Job Description

  • Direct and manage all - inside - sales staff ("CEs") by reinforcing the 1Path core values, establishing career plans, and delivering effective 1:1s
  • Manage a book of business for contracted services and exceed revenue targets for this book of business
  • Coach team to better identify -key challenges within the client's business resulting in 1.4x multiple on the contracted MRR. -
  • Own process for reporting, - forecasting, and monthly revenue commitments
  • Effectively manage complex negotiations to drive the best mutual outcome for 1Path and our clients
  • Partner - with -other leaders (incl. Sales, Service, Procurement, etc.) to drive results and improve customer relations
  • Partner with Solutions leadership to develop campaigns and client communications, along with strategic and technical account plans -for Technical Business Reviews with clients
  • Improve overall mastery of sales playbook by coaching to individual weaknesses and - up-leveling -the CE team
  • Maintain an open and inclusive sales-oriented organization focused on driving thoughtful recommendations with clients through d etailed Account Plans and Scopes of Work Soft Skill Requirements
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized and proficient in CRM SaaS platforms
    • Energetic coach with - excellent presentation skills
    • Avid learner who is in constant pursuit of more skills
    • Ability to lead from within and negotiate internally to achieve the desired outcome for deals
    • Demonstrates strong reasoning, problems solving, and critical thinking skills
    • Collaborative team player who is open to criticism - Preferred Qualifications
      • 5+ years - of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years leading high performing teams
      • Sales /Account Management -experience covering at least some of the below - technologies
        • IT Services/Support
        • Workstations (Windows 7, 10, 11) - Mac knowledge always a plus!
        • Servers (Server 2008, 2012, 2016)
        • Cloud Storage Solutions
        • Disaster Recovery
        • Backup Solutions - (Veeam , - Storagecraft , etc..)
        • Unified Communications -
        • Microsoft 365 Solutions
        • Networking (Cisco, - Sonicwall )
        • Virtualization - (VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure---)
